    “TABATA”
    (20 seconds of all out work/ 10 seconds of rest)

    8 rounds of one exercise before proceeding to the next

    Push Ups
    Sit Ups
    Burpees
    KettleBell Press
    Squats

    Rest as needed between rounds 1-3 minutes

    Workout: 

    Today’s workout was great! Abs and run for warm up. 90 seconds X2 of each: Rope workout, Tire Flip, Burpees, Jump Rope, Basket Ball, and Line Drill Sprints.
